1) Q: Shall i cancel my order and get refund after payment?
A: All orders can be cancelled and refunded as long as the services are not proceeded by us.
2) Q:Shall i cancel my order and get partial payment after the work is already started by you?
A: Only corporate secretarial services can be terminated and the payment can be refunded pro rata before end of services.
3) Q: How many working days for our assignments?
A: We will discuss with you case by case, and seek agreed timeline for each assignment.
4) Q: Shall i cancel my order and get full payment if the services is not done within my specific timeline?
A: Please need seek agreement with us before placing the order, if we agree the term, you can do it as what your said.
5) Q: How many years warranty for the services provided?
A: There is five-year warranty for our services provided, since financial records must be retained for a period of five years according to local law.
